 Peeling Back the Sheepskin...

First of all, please accept my apologies for the cruel cliff-hanger on my last posting.  Creative writing/recreational reading has always been a favorite past-time of mine.  I love being so deeply indulged in a really good page-turner and then ending a chapter with an adrenaline rush!  Anyway, sorry.  I will try to not let it happen again.  Continuing on...

How about giving this sheep a name?  For the sake of easy following, let's just call him KC...

KC really made great strides to prove the old adage that says, 'The apple never falls far from the tree.'  Apparently, he didn't know his birth father all that well.  He was bounced around from family member to family member; in and out of jails etc., until one day, he ended up doing some real time in the 'pen.'  I truly believe that it was shortly after that event that I met him.  Even as I write this, I'm not entirely sure when he was released (he was so full of lies, but early on I had yet to find out exactly how full of it he truly was.)  ANYWAY, there was obviously some good (or else I wouldn't have married his a**!)  So let me see if I still have it in me to say good stuff about him...

He came off as a very impressive individual.  As I previously indicated, he was my knight in shining armor (my rebound stick, for lack of better words.)  How about a funny story for ya'?  This occurred around the 2nd or 3rd time we had seen each other (still on the VERY casual tip...)

One day, parked out in front of his house was a tractor trailer.  It was a beautiful sight.  I have always been enamored by those beasts of a machine and this one was no different.  It was pure white, virtually brand new, and those chrome rims were glistening like the brightest of star on a clear, cloudless night.  To me, it was AWESOME!!  That only left the inquiry as to who's beast it was...I asked and was told it was his and that he was a cross-country driver for 'company X.'  Imagining this fine M.F.'er behind the wheel of this monster just did things to me!  Anyway, I went on to work after chatting him up a little while longer.  When I got off and swung by his house, he and the truck were gone.  I just figured 'off to work he went.'  WELL, yes, off to work it was, but he wasn't the driver - HE WAS A LUMPER (laborer) FOR HIS COUSIN!!  That ending was discovered about three good months into our relationship (blinders were invented just for me, by the way.)  By that time, I was head over heels in love and it just didn't matter that he lied to me!  Go figure!  I'm getting ahead of myself again!!!

Remember I stated I had a hefty price to pay?  Let me add some detail...

When I broke up with Mr. Boring to be with KC, KC opened his arms wide and protected me from the wrath of the jilted lover.  Mr. Boring actually went ballistic!!  He never physically harmed me, he just did other damaging things.  For example, he stole items from me that clearly weren't his; he broke up stuff that was clearly MINE; he illegally transferred ownership of a vehicle that was, you guessed it, clearly MINE.  He just plain old went CRAZY!!  Nothing he did couldn't be replaced, so I let him get it all out AND THEN I got my revenge!  I simply called the 'man' and had those items he still had in possession repossessed!  LOL

Uh-oh...I'm at work at the moment.  I gotta run, but I will be back ASAP.

 Devil In Disguise...

It has taken me a few days to get around to blogging again. I have to be in the mood in order to get my creative juices flowing...(no perversion intended...LOL)
I dilly-dallied with the thought: Where should I begin? I finally settled on THE BEGINNING OF THE DRAMA. Sounds like a good place to start, right? So, here goes...

I am a divorcee'. The man that I married at the 'tender age' of 25 was SUPPOSED to fill my life with all of the wonderful things my man at the time couldn't. OK OK OK. Let me back up just a tad...

At the time that I met my 'hubby', I had been in a relationship for five years. It was a relationship that had blossomed and produced a child, a home, 2 cars, a dog, fenced-in-yard - you get the point? The problem was: HE GOT COMFORTABLE!!! HE GOT BORING!!! He was 10 years my senior, so all of the things I was trying to get in to (clubbing, etc.), he had already been there/done that. Enough said? Continuing on...

One day, along came this handsome yet rugged man. He turned out to be the devil in sheep's clothing. He razzle-dazzled me. For example: I have a great love for music and, lo and behold, he was a DJ! I'm a wild woman 'behind closed doors' and he extracted those emotions/actions and let me be and do me.

BUT, there was a hefty price to pay for

1. My decision to leave my relationship of 5 years
2. The breaking up of my secure family structure
3. Hurting 'my man' as bad as I did (I was a FEROCIOUS b***h during the break up)

Stay tuned!

P.S. In response to a reader's inquiry, the 'devil' in this story will end up being the 'hubby'. My intent is that as you continue on with the reading of my blog, he will show himself full force!!!

I've Been Tamed / First Blog Posting

The title to my blog may be a tad bit misleading. As I reflect back on the day that I named it, I was (for lack of better words) 'borrowing' from another blog title / idea. As far as who I am and the domesticated lifestyle I have always known, it might be more appropriately titled: "I've BEEN Tame!"

It was recently brought to my attention that among my 'circle' of friends (small as that may be), I am the one LEAST likely to let my b***h side hang out. In other words; I'm the GOOD one!!! While that does not surprise me, it just MAY surprise a person or two from my past that has had the opportunity to experience ALL of my BITCH!

Anyway, to get into the down and dirty of it all....

I'm going to be blogging my past two relationships (that of which sucked up over 10 years of my young life..) I have been through hell with drug addicts that had no true desire to get it straight (I will get into all the details in future blogs.) Hopefully I can inspire someone that is going through or may have gone through something similar to remain strong IN SPITE OF....

LIVE, LOVE, AND LEARN from each other is my train of thought here...

Well, until the next time...
